This pledge is intended to acknowledge the individual and shared responsibilities, commitment and conduct expected of me as a member of the Board of Directors of Baba’s Bunch Foundation, Inc
I fully understand, believe, and support the primary mission of the Foundation which is to provide comprehensive assistance and education to those families and caregivers in-need who are afflicted with Alzheimer’s or from Alzheimer’s.
I accept this responsibility, on a voluntary basis, without expecting any type of compensation or reimbursement for all the time and effort which I will be contributing on a regular basis.
As a Board Member I understand the horrific consequences of Alzheimer’s disease and the fact that it affects not only the diagnosed individual but also their families and even the community at-large.
For those reasons, I willingly desire to share my talents, experiences, special skills and personal connections to support the mission of the Foundation and to always represent this organization in a positive and supportive manner and in all places.
I also understand that for the Foundation to fulfill its mission, I am expected to raise funds for the Foundation actively and individually. The number of families that the Foundation may assist each year is a direct function of the funds received and raised by the Foundation; therefore, each member must set an example to all others to ensure that the Foundation will always have adequate funding for its programs.
I pledge to actively participate to the full of my possibilities and to exercise my duties and responsibilities with integrity, and if for any reason, I find myself unable to carry out the above duties to the best of my abilities, I agree to resign my position as a Board Member.
